I just want to say thank you for being so professional when it comes to following up with us.  Myfamily was also helping me locate dog trainers when this whole incident happened. I had one person come in and evaluate Harley and he couldn’t do as much as write me a receipt to show that he came to my house!!!    Obviously this person was not the professional he claimed to be.  So again, thank you very much for all your help and for being on top of things!!

Thanks again for all of your help.  I thought you'd like to know that the training has had immediate results.
The very next morning we were within half a block of a barking dog and Wiley was happy as a clam scarfing snausages. Later he didn't react at all to a dog barking inside of a house we were passing.  The big news is that the same afternoon we were on our regular walk and with no warning a little puppy came running out of a driveway barking  at Wiley.

Sugar and I headed out for a walk just after you and Pam left. She started to shut down at the first house, directly across the street and I used the "find it" technique with the Zukes treats and it got her moving. Sugar kept turning to me for treats and I treated her regularly throughout the walk. We walked around the block and passed by 3 people either pulling into their driveways or going from their cars to their front doors, without hesitation! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! Watching her interact with you and Pam, doing "drop it" and being petted was thrilling and heartwarming and is giving me a lot of hope.
Thank you again!

He charged the leash a little bit and kind of braced out at first and then they went nose to nose for a split second and then they started sniffing.
While Wiley was checking  out the
puppy the other dog of the house, a big retriever came over and sniffed Wiley so that there was a slowly rotating circle of three dogs!  After a couple of minutes of chatting with the owner we all just walked away.
Thanks again and we'll talk to you soon!

Hi Laura...
The day we spoke, I left the flashlight on my living room floor. Remy would avoid going near the thing. If we left something he wanted near the flashlight and he really wanted it, he would approach it but his tail was under him. Well last night I caught Remy  licking the flashlight!!!!! We're making great progress and my only regret is that I didn't find you sooner.
Thanks for everthing you taught us!
